What is the Emergency Broadband Service and when would I use it?
Companies rely heavily on internet connectivity. At times of moving offices or occurences outside your control your broadband connection can be cut off, leaving you and your workforce unable to operate. Emergency Broadband works over 3G mobile technology, therefore as long as you have a good digital mobile signal, you can use our service. Other uses would be:

Emergency Broadband service can be up and running within a couple of hours. Connected to your existing internal network, it acts as a gateway to the internet. No wires required!

How does the service work ?
It works over 3G mobile telephone services at speeds close or even faster than you get over a conventional BT landline, in fact upto 7.2Mbps. The solution is completely wireless to the outside so no need for additional cabling etc.
How much does the service cost ?
Cost for rental of the equipment is £75 per week plus the 3G connection is fixed at £5 per calender day.
An onsite rate of £55 per hour is charged for the installation and configuration of our service (most are completed with 4 hours).
Digital Design were able to quickly get our email and internet up and running for my 10 staff after moving offices using their Emergency Broadband Service. We were quoted 10 days before ADSL was backup by our usual ISP.
