Support Pack 1 gives the customer peace of mind during office hours. Support from 8am to 6pm, users can request remote assistance for their business needs when a problem arises. Support Pack 1 provides telephone support and remote access for a fixed cost monthly subscription. Remote administration and onsite support are charged at an hourly rate when required.

 Telephone support with guaranteed 1 hour response.Remote support and diagnostics / fault finding.Escalate to chargeable site visit dependant on severity.Regular Monitoring of server(s) in scope

Outsource gives the customer complete peace of mind during office hours. Support from 8am to 6pm, users can request remote assistance for their business needs when a problem arises. Outsource provides full telephone support, remote access support, remote / onsite administration and onsite assistance for a fixed cost monthly subscription. Outsource is ideal for companies that have no IT staff at all, but relies on IT technology to satisfy their everyday needs,

 Telephone support with guaranteed 1 hour response.Remote support and diagnostics / fault finding.Escalate to non-chargeable site visit dependant on severity.Regular Monitoring of server(s) in scope.Remote systems administration.Onsite systems administration.Onsite support when required within agreed SLA.
