Support Pack 1 gives the customer peace of mind during office hours. Support from 8am to 6pm, users can request remote assistance for their business needs when a problem arises. Support Pack 1 provides telephone support and remote access for a fixed cost monthly subscription. Remote administration and onsite support are charged at an hourly rate when required.

Outsource gives the customer complete peace of mind during office hours. Support from 8am to 6pm, users can request remote assistance for their business needs when a problem arises. Outsource provides full telephone support, remote access support, remote / onsite administration and onsite assistance for a fixed cost monthly subscription. Outsource is ideal for companies that have no IT staff at all, but relies on IT technology to satisfy their everyday needs,
